A Spark Ignites a Blaze
Description
Summons a Spark of Stars at a random enemy hero, dealing 0.6(1.5)% of max HP as damage per second for 5 seconds. This effect cannot be dispelled. If the hero survives after 5 seconds, the Spark of Stars will spread once to the 2 nearest allied heroes (up to 3 times in total).
