Description
Grants Wrath of Thunder to the allied hero with the highest magic power: summons a lightning storm at the enemy's location, dealing 20(50)% magic damage per second to up to 8 enemies in the area for 5 seconds, with a 25(40)% chance to paralyze for 2 seconds, dispellable.
