Description
The Qilin is a benevolent beast from ancient Chinese mythology, ranked alongside the dragon, phoenix, and tortoise. Legends describe the Qilin as gentle, never harming living creatures, and only appearing during peaceful times or when sages are present. It is seen as a symbol of good fortune, legitimacy, and righteous rule. In Chinese culture, the Qilin represents divine mandate, benevolent governance, and order, and is widely featured in rituals, architecture, and decorative arts.

【Treading on Auspicious Clouds】: Boosts the Attack of allied heroes within range by 20(50)%, increases Skill Evasion by 10(25)%, and raises Omnipotent Lifesteal by 4(10)% for 5 seconds. For the next 5 seconds after re-activating this effect, restores 0.8(2)% of maximum health per second.
【Hundred Calamities】: Randomly inflicts 1 disaster on each enemy hero within range (Attack Decrease 20(50)% / Damage Decrease 8(20)% / Crit Rate Decrease 40(70)%) lasting 5 seconds.
Flame Qilin Seal

Forged from crimson gold and Obsidian Flame Stone, its patterns resemble flowing fire. The seal is engraved with the characters for “Wang De,” radiating a gentle warmth rather than a fierce blaze. When the Qilin steps on the seal, auspicious energy fills the land, and all vegetation bends in reverence.

Reduces all incoming damage by 20%. Each time you take damage, 30% of it is transferred to the enemy hero within the Mandate of Heaven's range who has the least health lost.

The duration of Treading on the Auspicious Cloud/Calamity-stricken extends to 10 seconds. Upon triggering these effects, self/target enemy also receives an additional buff/random calamity.

Heaven’s Mandate AoE increased by 30%. Each time Treading on the Auspicious Cloud is triggered, continuous healing occurs and attack speed is increased by an additional 20%. Each time Calamity-stricken is triggered, all enemy heroes within the area have their attack speed reduced by an additional 20% and are afflicted with an additional calamity.

At the start of battle, for each allied hero body within the 3x3 grid centered on self, increases own HP by 8(20)% and damage reduction by 1(2.5)%. After 2 seconds, gains 6(12)% of these allies' ATK and DEF attributes, up to 8 stacks. Lasts for the entire battle, cannot be dispelled.
