Description
Johannes Kepler, a German astronomer and mathematician, was profoundly influenced by Copernican theory in his early years. He served as an assistant to the Danish astronomer Tycho Brahe, and upon Tycho's death, he inherited his lifetime's accumulation of precise astronomical observations. Utilizing his exceptional mathematical skills, Kepler organized Tycho's data and ultimately formulated the renowned "Three Laws of Kepler," ushering modern astronomy into the era of quantitative science.
