Description
Ji Meng, an ancient rain god also known as the Rain Master. Human in body with a dragon's head, he roams throughout the lands around Zhangyuan, wherever he passes bringing gusts and torrential rain. He once fought alongside Emperor Zhuanxu against Gonggong, bringing him to a devastating defeat and, in anger, crashed into Buzhou Mountain.

"Swift as the Wind": For 4 seconds, each normal attack from your unit has a 50(80)% chance to perform an additional normal attack on the target.
"Torrential Rain": A curtain of rain shields your unit, making it untargetable by enemies for 4 seconds.
