Golden Howler

Description

The Golden Howler is a divine beast from Chinese mythology, said to be a descendant of the Qilin. Shaped like a lion, its golden fur glistens and its roar shakes the heavens, capable of shattering metal and stone. Not only immensely strong, the Golden Howler is also immune to fire and resistant to lightning. Fierce by nature, it once wreaked havoc upon the mortal world before being subdued by the Bodhisattva Guanyin. It was then made her mount, 'Chaotianhou,' assisting her in slaying demons and safeguarding peace across the realm.
